* Orders are sent to us once your payment is sucsessful

 

*You will receive an email confirming we have recieved your order

 

*Orders are not processed untill full payment is received

 

*When paying via PayPal you will receive a separate email confirming your payment

 

*If you have any problems with PayPal please do email us & we will raise a PayPal invoice and email it to you OR CALL US ON 01375 768773

 

*We do not accept cheques

 

*If an item is out of stock we will either refund the cost of the product in full or send an alternative

 

*If Royal mail has attempted to deliver your parcel  and been unable to deliver it, they will returned your parcel to us. In the event that this happens, we will re-post your order as soon as the current one has been returned.

 

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping information/address, we will not be held responsible for any orders that are returned to us by Royal mail due to wrong shipping information provided by the buyer - and additional postage costs will occur if we have to resend the order.

 

*All orders are sent first class post

 

*Please note that Royal Mail does not class any parcel as missing until after 15 days after the date that it was posted - Therefore we do not accept any loss of parcel until after this time has passed*

 

*If your order is returned to us undelivered, additional postage costs may be incurred
