*If Royal mail has attempted to deliver your parcel and been unable to deliver it, they will returned your parcel to us. In the event that this happens, we will re-post your order as soon as the current one has been returned.
It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping information/address, we will not be held responsible for any orders that are returned to us by Royal mail due to wrong shipping information provided by the buyer - and additional postage costs will occur if we have to resend the order
*Please note that Royal Mail does not class any parcel as missing until after 15 days after the date that it was posted - Therefore we do not accept any loss of parcel until after this time has passed*
