*We aim to send all orders out the same day

*All orders from The Face Painitng Shop are sent 1st class recorded delivery

*We can not guarantee the date of any delivery, unless you are paying for Special Delivery

*If you do not recieve your order, within a reasonable time frame, please contact us so we can help you track your parcle.

*All orders require a signiture (we are not responsible for your order once your parcle has been signed for)

*In some cases your parcle may take up to a week for delivery, especially in Olympic zones.
