Spritz with water or Load a moist sponge by sweeping from side to side across the cake. Choose a sponge or brush size based on how many colors you want to pick up. Hold the cake so that any dripping paint will run down the color of the stripe, and not across the whole rainbow, Once you have loaded your brush or sponge repeat if you need too, You want the paint to be fully loaded onto your brush or sponge, appearing wet and shiny, but not drippy. Make sure that your brush or sponge is lined up with the correct colors when you reload. Rinse and repeat if colors start to get muddy - create and wow
All Global Colours products, EXCEPT Neon’s, are compliant with FDA & European Union Cosmetic Directives. Neon colors, like in many other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used in cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories .
