1. Activate your paint
Lightly dampen a flat brush. Avoid adding too much water — a slightly damp brush will help maintain strong, defined colours.
2. Load the split cake
Sweep your brush backwards and forwards across the colour bands until all the colours are evenly loaded onto the brush.
3. Paint in one stroke
Use smooth, confident strokes to transfer the complete colour gradient onto the skin. This is perfect for creating unicorn horns, manes, petals, wings and decorative details quickly.
4. Using a sponge
For larger areas, Unicorn Land can also be applied using a small sponge or dauber. Lightly load the colours and gently pat onto the skin until you achieve the desired coverage.
5. Allow to dry
Fusion Body Art face paint dries quickly and provides a smudge-resistant finish once dry.
Remove gently using soap and warm water with a soft cloth or sponge.
Always clean brushes and sponges thoroughly after use and allow them to dry completely before storing.
Allow your split cake to dry before replacing the lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Never leave face paints in a hot vehicle.

What's the difference between a split cake and a rainbow cake?
A split cake contains narrower bands of colour and is particularly suited to loading several colours onto a flat brush for one-stroke painting. Larger rainbow cakes are generally designed for loading multiple colours onto a sponge for larger areas, although they can also be used with brushes.
Can I apply it with a sponge?
Yes. Although split cakes are especially useful for one-stroke brush work, a small sponge or dauber can also be used to pick up and apply the colours.
How many applications will I get from a 30g cake?
Approximately 100–200 applications, although this will vary depending on the size of your designs, your painting technique and how much product you use.
Can I mix Fusion Body Art colours?
