*We ship WORLDWIDE - EU international shipping costs are FROM £12.00
Scandinavia £17.00
The rest of the world FROM £19.99

*All orders from The Face Painting Shop are sent via DHL or Royal Mail Delivery service - Tracking will be provided either via TEXT or EMAIL
*Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on Tuesdays (UK ONLY )
*It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping information/address, we will not be held responsible for any orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail and DHL due to wrong shipping information provided by the buyer - and additional postage costs will occur if we have to resend the order.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER
You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour in flat 1". However The Face Painting Shop are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.
Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer and will be delivered via Royal Mail - Please note the same delivery charge will apply.

Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 21:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
If your order is placed before 11am on Mondays and Thursdays we will ship the same day.
